Description
Committee Charge: The charge to the committee is to provide ongoing expertise and guidance to the board on matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion. To begin, the committee will partner with LTHJ consultants to provide support to and for that organization’s equity audit of SAA. At the conclusion of the audit, and in partnership with LTHJ, the committee members will refine its charge such that the committee can provide leadership in SAA’s ongoing commitment to DEIJ. Committee Composition: Advisory Committee.
